Target : Young adults (18-40) 

Components :  

  • General Physical Examination: Height, weight, waistcircumferenceand hips. Calculated  BMI and blood pressure 
  • 45 minutes with an experienced doctor
  • Lifestyle assessment and discussion
  • Family and past medical history assessment
  • Physical Examination
  • Results discussion on phone or in person

Tests include: 

  • FULL BLOOD COUNT     

This part of the panel checks overall health by measuring red and white blood cells, haemoglobin, haematocrit, and platelets to detect conditions like anaemia, infections, and blood disorders. 

  • DIABETES

This measures your average blood sugar levels over the past 2–3 months to help diagnose and  monitor diabetes or prediabetes.  
HbA1c, Fasting sugar 

  • FULL KIDNEY FUNCTION 

This checks how well your kidneys are working and to detect kidney disease or monitor existing conditions. 

  • FULL LIVER FUNCTION 

This measures enzymes, proteins, and bilirubin levels to assess liver health and detect conditions like hepatitis, liver damage, or inflammation. 

  • CHOLESTEROL SCREENING 

Also known as a lipid panel, this measures key markers to assess heart disease risk and monitor cardiovascular health. 

  • IRON STATUS
